Huabo precision press and intelligent drilling tapping equipment

Huabo's secondary equipment list includes four 45-60T precision presses, four 25T precision presses, five 16T open presses and twenty intelligent drilling-tapping machines covering listed 1-20 mm work. These resources support repeat operations after casting, but each feature still requires a suitable fixture, tool and acceptance method.

Press tonnage is not selected from part size alone. Huabo considers required force, trim perimeter, tool design and the risk of distorting thin sections. The first-off part is checked for gate vestige, burr, cracks and dimensional effect around the supported area.

Dedicated drilling and tapping

Twenty listed intelligent drilling-tapping machines can support repetitive holes and threads when the feature relationship suits a dedicated fixture. The 1-20 mm listing is an equipment range, not a promise that every diameter, depth or alloy can use the same tool strategy. Thread class, engagement, blind-hole depth and chip evacuation must be reviewed.

Information needed for process choice

Provide hole pattern tolerances, thread standard, edge requirements, annual quantity and material. If several holes must remain tightly related, CNC machining in one setup may be more appropriate than separate dedicated operations. Huabo compares total risk and cost rather than assigning a process only by equipment availability.
