Repeat orders are where manufacturing discipline becomes visible. The first sample can receive exceptional attention; the real test is whether the next batch uses the approved program, fixture, tools and inspection plan without relying on memory. This workshop supports that recurring secondary-machining work for die cast components.
Huabo checks whether the drawing, forecast or customer requirement has changed since the previous run. The correct setup package is retrieved, the fixture condition is reviewed and a new first-off part confirms that the process has returned to the released state. Old inspection results do not replace current setup approval.
| Repeat-order change | Required review |
|---|---|
| New drawing revision | Feature, program, fixture, gauge and stock impact |
| Large volume increase | Parallel machine qualification and inspection capacity |
| Different finish supplier or color | Masking, adhesion, appearance and packing validation |
| Long idle period | Mold/fixture condition and renewed first-piece evidence |
Share rolling forecast separately from firm releases, identify required delivery windows and state whether partial shipments are useful. For critical parts, specify record retention and lot traceability. These inputs let equipment capacity be translated into a realistic order plan.
