Starting the next batch

Huabo checks whether the drawing, forecast or customer requirement has changed since the previous run. The correct setup package is retrieved, the fixture condition is reviewed and a new first-off part confirms that the process has returned to the released state. Old inspection results do not replace current setup approval.

Information that helps production planning

Share rolling forecast separately from firm releases, identify required delivery windows and state whether partial shipments are useful. For critical parts, specify record retention and lot traceability. These inputs let equipment capacity be translated into a realistic order plan.
