A row of CNC machines gives scheduling flexibility, but buyers should distinguish installed equipment from proven project capacity. Repeat OEM production depends on available fixtures, trained operators, inspection resources and the time needed for changeover. Huabo evaluates those constraints together when planning a delivery schedule.
The expected monthly demand is divided into realistic batches, then matched with casting output, machining cycle, inspection time and downstream finishing. A project that needs several machining setups may occupy more capacity than a physically larger part completed in one clamping. Similarly, a critical CMM report or leak test can become the pacing operation even when CNC time is available.
Mixed-volume work requires deliberate changeover. The correct fixture, jaws, program, tools and inspection instruction must be loaded as one controlled set. The first part after changeover is held until required dimensions are approved. Containers remain identified so a previous batch cannot enter the next operation unnoticed.
| Planning input | Why Huabo needs it |
|---|---|
| Forecast and release quantity | Reserves casting, machining and inspection time |
| Required lead time | Determines whether parallel processing is appropriate |
| Critical dimension list | Allocates gauges, CMM time and reaction checks |
| Finish and packing | Prevents machining output from waiting unprotected |
